Should your product develop a fault outside of the warranty period it was supplied with we would still advise you to raise a new support request and let us know the issue.


All product supplied by Origin Storage are supplied with free lifetime product support so we can still advise on troubleshooting in case the issue is not actually a faulty product.


Also our repair centre is able to repair some products that are outside of their warranty period for a chargeable fee, normally an amount for labour & testing and then the price of the replacement parts, so by contacting us we can let you know if this possible with your product and provide a no obligation quote for the repair.
